DBRMAN Store Upgrades are digital products, so all sales are final and non-refundable.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, live demo, compatibility notes, and included features to make sure the upgrade is right for your store.

If you are having trouble with installation, setup, or customization, please submit a help ticket first. Most issues can be fixed quickly, and we want to help you get the upgrade working properly before any refund request is reviewed.

Because every Shopify theme is different, some heavily custom coded themes may require additional support or adjustments. If your store uses a heavily modified theme, please reach out for support before assuming the upgrade will not work.

If you genuinely feel the quality of an upgrade did not meet your expectations, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or store credit are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.

Refunds may not be approved for user error, unsupported customizations, changes of mind, failure to read the product description, or issues where a support ticket was not submitted first.

Duplicate purchases may be refunded if reported within 7 days.
